-->Holiday music, friends, gifts & maybe a countdown to the new year... Whether it’s a Christmas or New Year’s Eve party you plan on attending, the most important question is "what am I going to wear"? Deciding on what to wear can be easier than you think and you don’t have to go out & buy a new outfit from head to toe. If a holiday party is on your calendar & you haven't figured out what to wear, choose one of the tips below to begin your easy outfit creation.
1. Add a sparkly element – sequin & jeweled shirts/dresses are easy to find this time of year. Anything sequin or sparkly will automatically give your outfit a holiday look. I paired a sequin crop top with a blazer & skirt I already had in my closet which gave my (old) clothes a new sparkly look. Below is a sequin skirt I love available online.

2. Go for the gold(or silver)- metallic clothes seem to give an automatic dressy feel to anything. Whether you're shopping for a skirt, dress or shirt, look for metallic clothing when you want to easily pull of a holiday look. Below is what I call my "metallic dream dress" :)

3. If All else fails and you don't have time to shop or create a holiday outfit throw on a little black dress, massive jewelry & festive accessories. A little black dress can go from basic to New Year's Eve ready with the right jewelry, purse & shoes. Look ( and click the links) below for some ideas to jazz up your black dress for a holiday party.
