Valentine's Day Outfit Ideas (Winter Weather)
Since this weekend is Valentine's day I wanted to give some Valentine's Day outfit inspiration to everyone going on dates or having a fun Galentine's Day with friends. I know what you're thinking, "I've seen this post before on other blogs", and so have I BUT this one is a little different.
I love getting outfit ideas from other blogs but it seemed like all the valentine's day outfits blogged were cute flowy dresses and strappy sandals. This was a problem for me because every February in the mid-west is filled with snow, wind and bone chilling temperatures. So, I wanted to create a look for all of us who would love some Valentines Day sun, but are stuck with 30 degree weather.
It's very possible to be stylish, dressed up and warm and that's the look I wanted to create. A scarf, jacket and over the knee boots kept me warm while shooting this post so don't be scared of sporting a dress or skirt. Play with layers and make sure that you don't let the weather force you into sweats & a big puffy coat. I gathered some more winter Valentine's Day looks you can try from across the Internet below.
Don't forget to check out my Valentine's Day outfit from last year for more outfit ideas & Happy Valentine's Day!!!
